Cacoa Sainte Lucie is a chocolate manufacturing Company that produces chocolate bars authentically by partnering with our local farmers and handcrafting small batches of St.Lucia’s premium cocoa beans through a slow roasting and stone grinding process. It was founded in 2015 by Maria Jackson; a pastry chef who always had a desire to work with chocolate.

Our product range focuses on high percentage dark chocolates. Our products are open to anyone and as a premium chocolate, it attracts audiences of the higher class. These chocolate bars are available throughout the country and are popular at hotels. They are also a tasty snack for visiting tourists.

Differentiators, what makes your Company, products, services special?
Our products are made from raw natural cocoa beans through an authentic process. We now produce 60 and 70 percent gourmet dark chocolate which uses only natural, organically-grown Saint Lucian cocoa, cocoa butter and sugar. To this, we have added local spices to create flavour variations.The flavour from the cocoa beans found in Saint Lucia, has a lot to do with the final taste of our chocolate. The majority of our cocoa beans are Trinitario beans with a small percentage of Criollo beans which are very rare and considered worldwide as a fine delicacy. A big part of our flavour stems from where our cocoa is grown, the rainfall, the time of harvest and the crops that are grown around the trees. Also, the rich volcanic soils available, is one of the main reasons why Saint Lucia’s cocoa beans are so flavorful.”
