Workshop/ Mission to Guadeloupe

On June 8-9, 2009, Caribbean Export Development Agency (Caribbean Export) hosted an Economic Partnership
Agreement (EPA) Workshop and Trade mission to Guadeloupe.

The objective of the mission was to inform private sector constituents of the benefits arising from the EPA (particularly as it relates to trade between CARIFORUM and the French Caribbean outermost region) and examine the role that this instrument can play in facilitating greater trade and investment in the renewable energy sector.

Business support organisations and firms that produce, distribute or consume energy products participated in this event.
