Workshop on EPA, Standards and Grants, May 5, 2009

Caribbean Export Development Agency (Caribbean Export), CARICOM Regional Organisation for Standards and Quality (CROSQ), the  Barbados Manufacturers' Association (BMA) and the Barbados National Standards Institute (BNSI) will be hosting a workshop on International Trade and the Impact of Standards on CARIFORUM Firms at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, Barbados on May 5, 2009. The purpose of the workshop is to expose private sector representatives to the recent international trade arrangements, the importance of standards in the process of export development and how Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) can access grant funding.

The workshop is targeted towards representatives from the manufacturing and agriculture sectors, Business Support Organisations (BSOs) and the Public sector.
