CAIPA Meeting May 26, 2008

The First Meeting of the Board of the Caribbean Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (CAIPA) was held on May 26, 2008 at the United Nations House in Barbados, under the chairmanship of Ms Lisa Bell, Executive Director of Services, Jamaica Trade and Invest.

CAIPA is an umbrella organisation that will enable collaboration between and among regional Investment Promotion Agencies (IPAs), with the aim of strengthening the region’s visibility as an attractive destination for foreign direct investment (FDI).

Membership of CAIPA is open to all CARIFORUM Member States as well as the Dutch OCTs, French DOMS, Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands and Cuba.
