The Caribbean Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (CAIPA) will meet on Monday, May 26 in Barbados, the first such gathering since its launch in Jamaica last November.

CAIPA is an umbrella organisation established to facilitate the collaboration of regional IPAs in order to attract greater foreign direct investment to the region. The association is headquartered at the Caribbean Export Development Agency (Caribbean Export). 

This meeting precedes a three day workshop also scheduled for Barbados on ‘Foreign Direct Attraction in the Caribbean’ to be attended by participants from CARIFORUM Member States and the wider Caribbean.
