This Scheme provides assistance to companies to address the constraints they encounter as they enhance their capacity, develop new products or carve a niche in regional and extra-regional markets.  Although the scheme is open to all businesses in the region, priority will be given to companies in new sectors as well as companies focused on innovation in new and traditional sectors.
