CARIFORUM Business Forum ends on optimistic note


A senior officials of the London-based Caribbean Council has given reasons why he believes the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) signed between the Caribbean Forum (CARIFORUM) countries and Europe in 2008 is not reaching its true potential.
