Trade Development Expert – Haiti

The Trade Development Expert will provide guidance in facilitating, strengthening and monitoring the implementation of trade agreements as well as promoting trade flows between Haiti and the Dominican Republic and from these countries to the world.

The Trade Development Expert will also provide support to the private sector through initiatives aimed at identifying measures which are needed to enhance the regulatory framework, and promote trade between both countries.

Senior Advisor – Operations – Barbados

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Advisor – Operations is responsible for developing and maintaining the accounting systems and financial records for the Agency and assisting in overall management of the unit. The Senior Advisor – Operations is responsible for the expenditure and control of all the financial assets and accounting for same of the Agency.  The Advisor will also assist the Chief Operations Officer with funds planning and control, and will assist in fulfilling reporting requirements.
