Consultants are invited to submit a Technical and Financial Proposal, for consulting services to provide information and advice on environmental sustainability issues, practices, and policies relevant to economic development, regional integration and other significant issues commanding the attention of leaders in the civil service in the twelve countries participating in the Caribbean Leadership Project (CLP). The proposal will be the basis for contract negotiations and ultimately for a signed special services agreement with the Cave Hill School of Business/University of the West Indies (CHSB/UWI).
